Chichi Ojeme’s experience as a human capitalist and Business management specialist with a proven track record of success within diverse industries from Consulting, Tourism, Upstream and core HR, has enabled her to bring excellent communication, negotiation, relationship and management skills to the Human Resource department of our company. As the Human Resource Director, she is responsible for aligning HR activities (work programs) to business strategy to achieve superior business results. She has a reputation as an employee advocate who can be trusted and relied on to champion the needs of the employee while serving the best interests of the company. Chichi has over 25 years in both Human Resource Management and Operations, 15 of which have been at the Executive Management level and has headed HR/Corporate Services departments in various Organizations from C&I Leasing Plc, Econet Franchise, Mikado Nigeria Limited and Emerald Leasing Company. She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (LBS). She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) University of Calabar and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Theatre Arts from the same University.
